We select the best of the Sushi with the freshest ingredients and prepare with the original Japanese technique fused with Mexican flavors.

 

We use carefully selected rice to prepare the most important part of our rolls (maki) the Gohan, also always fresh seafood (Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp and Surimi) from the fish market at the Marina in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Alaska and San Blas, respectivly.

 

A little bit for everyone; we also offer vegetarian rolls (avocado, cucumber, carrot, cilantro, sesame, etc.) rolled in different styles.

 

Aesthetically pleasing and delicious to the palate with 10 pieces per roll using the full sheet of roasted seaweed resulting in the largest, most dense rolls with a very affordable price.

 

To fully complement and enhance the sushi experience and flavors we also offer wasabi, ginger, and salsas like soy, aioli, sriracha, chipotle, unagi sauce, paprika and ponzu, when available.
